This was not the cleanest place, but the doctor who treated me, Dr. Nelson-Davis, was such a kind, sweet woman! I came in there with some kind of respiratory illness, and my blood pressure was very low. Her concern was so touching! She prescribed me some meds, and I'm feeling better already, just hours later.

If I could give zero stars I would! I came here with severe back pain which hasn’t subsided for over a week, and they did nothing except prescribe me narcotics! the nurse who triaged me could not get an accurate blood ox reading, and seemed highly uncomfortable treating me. The older nurse was rude and unclear with her instructions, and had terrible bedside manner. When prompted to do a urine sample, the older nurse yelled after me telling me not to leave my belongings in the exam room. This is highly unusual, as a patient— why in the world would I not be allowed to leave my belongings in the room in which I am being treated? Further— there were signs all over the room saying that patients were required to turn cell phones off during their visit, so that they could not record. I had the primary physician read off incorrect lab results to me, and from my exam room I could hear the staff arguing about whether or not my results were correct. Then- the primary physician prescribed me narcotics without even giving me a physical exam! They told me to get an X-ray (elsewhere, of course) even after I said I was having nerve pain and experiencing numbness. They did not provide me with a referral. Over all this was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office, and I implore anyone with the ability to do so to make these providers accountable for their negligence. Do not go here.

Dr. Eula was excellent, she made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit.
The receptionist, Nurse Elizabeth was extremely pleasant and professional .
Dr. Eula took her time with me , she was very informative and patient. I was taken well cared for.

I had a very good experience at the 681 Flatbush Ave office. Dr. Nelson-Davis is very professional and calming. The medical assistant was also very professional and knowledgeable.

I decided to try it out once I got to sick to take the pain anymore. The doctors were great the physician assistant outstanding the front desk nurse out of this world ! She takes care of all your needs with her pretty self! Schedules you as needed friendly atmosphere they are the best.

Very unprofessional generally. Didn’t bother to help me verify my appointment, or find my insurance. Finally after persisting it turned out that I is an appointment and insurance. Then after my blood test, I told the nurse I wasn’t feeling well, I started sweating profusely, and was on the verge of passing out. She brought me water, told me to pee in a cup when I felt better and left me unattended. I sat there with my head between my legs for 15 minutes trying not to faint. I felt really awful about being abandoned like that and was amazed the nurse did nothing to help me recover. The doctor was in the next room watching TV. Would not even send a dog to this clinic. Worst medical experience of my adult life.
