They’ve held my trailer for months now & haven’t even attempted to fix the issue. A problem that was evident the minute I bought the trailer new. This is the 5th time it’s been back. Do your self a favor & shop somewhere that has service capability if you rely on your equipment

Order our lawn mower and a plow for the mower in April. We received the mower in May but never received the weights, chains, or the plow. We been making payments on items they never gave us. They finally told us to pick up those items after we called many times. When we tried to pick it up, they said they don't have the items. Highly suggest looking elsewhere for your John Deere products.

Poor customer service, outrageously over priced. We ordered 36 Tiller Blades for our John Deere machine- when we went to pick up the order- it as $1205.28, found it at online for $293.40.
We canceled the order and asked for a refund. The attitude of the sales person was of indifference.
We won' t be back- Strongly suggest potential customers to check prices elsewhere before ordering with United Ag & Turf
