Let me first say I almost never leave business reviews, let alone bad ones! I’m really disappointed in AG Lawn and Landscape- we had been customers for almost 2 years and they were pretty good about communication. Well within the last month they completely ghosted us- I tried reaching out over text (same number as their main business #) and to this day Ozzie never responded. Just completely dropped us without notice or explanation- so bizarre! And I know they’re operating as normal because I’ve followed them on Instagram for the past 2 years. And let me clarify- we had been on a biweekly schedule and I ALWAYS was kind and paid on time. So disappointing!

They are reasonably priced, however, you get what you pay for with this company. Had mowing scheduled for Fridays and the first service was pretty good. Second service was rescheduled for Saturday due to rain but they left several patches in the yard and didn't cut it as short as I had requested. The next Friday they were to show up, he said they were planning on Saturday which wasn't my scheduled day initially. I messaged him Saturday morning asking if he could come soon because we had a party to prepare for but I got no reply. Basically, if you ask too much of this company, you're a nuisance and they will stop responding. Found another company that day who is much more responsive. Be wary of AG Lawn. In response to your reply, you did not show up or you would have seen the lawn has not been mowed yet. And you did not respond to my text messages that day either. You didn't "drop" us, I notified you around 5pm Saturday that we found another service, not that it had been mowed. So quit trying to make yourself look more responsible than you are.

AG Lawn and Landscape is always exceeding all my expectations. My yard stays looking sharp year-round. Takes all my ideas and creates a beautiful layout each spring and fall. I've enjoyed Oz and his team for a few years and would not want to use any other lawn service!

This year looking forward to adding a new irrigation system. Ready to see what AG Lawn and Landscape has to offer!

Great work! The best Oklahoma City Lawn care out!! And not to mention they did a wonderful job on our property we owned in Edmond Oklahoma as well.

AG lawn was hired all bill were promptly paid. One day about 4 days after they were to mow and 2 weeks after they said they would do trimming notified us we were, “no longer in their service area.” Left us with high and dry with no response to messages and a mess of a yard.

Had high hopes, then after doing some of the work they tried to raise the price due to their own mistake in the quoting process, then kept saying they were working with corporate to address it and then stopped responding entirely and the side they started on wasn't as finished as it looked (and still has high barriers that we trip over). Waste of $1200, very sad how this turned out. Azzad seemed really nice and easy to work with, no idea what happened here.

Been using these guys for a few seasons now and can’t say anything but POSITIVE THINGS, there prices are the best out, there good customer service and honestly is def a huge plus.
