There was a young man I believe his name is Ricky. He was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure my granddaughter and myself were able to use the pool. This was a few months back and I've been wanting to write a review. The pool should have been open that morning for some reason it was still closed. He saw myself and granddaughter outside by pool . He said let me clean it and make sure it's perfect for you guys. I don't think it was his job but he did it anyway which shows what a great employee he is! Thank you Ricky for making our stay wonderful!

We had 2 suites for 3 nights. The location was great. Plenty of room and my daughter loved the pool toys and the pool. Breakfast was standard and the pancake maker was fun. Those were the only positives of this place. One of our suites smelled like marijuana and when we talked with the front desk they said they could deodorize it for us and give us a discount. We had to leave for several hours but it helped. The carpets were filthy and everything was old and not well kept. Stairs outside were slanted and not safe. While almost everyone was friendly, when we asked about the discount we were told no when checking out. While location was great. I would look for another place that was cleaner, more updated and for the same price.

Fabulous place! We had the room with the loft, had a nice little kitchenette. Breakfast was great every morning, excellent coffee and tea available all day. We were there with friends and really enjoyed the pool, and the staff allowed us to hang out with our friends in the small area off the lobby for an evening.

This hotel is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed at in Colorado Springs! First off I have to give it to the housekeepers they had their rooms Immaculate and clean they worked really really hard on these rooms and you can tell they have dedication and what they do so thank you housekeepers for the great job that you guys did keeping these rooms clean I know as a former housekeeper it is a tough job to keep these rooms clean!! The rooms are fully equipped with a full kitchen with a working oven stove and an ice maker in the refrigerator! The ice doesn't take long at all! All the utensils you need to cook are all in your cabinets and the room locations are private and close to the front office! You can tell the staff cares about their property!! The room was immaculate and for the price I paid I think this will be the ONLY hotel I stay at when I need to escape!! You will never believe your eyes or the comfort that is experienced at this hotel!! The breakfast was amazing it was as if I was at a $400 a night hotel! They are even equipped with a state of the art pancake maker and they offer chocolate chips and strawberries to make delicious pancakes. There is also a small area to tip off your eggs with things like cheese and sour cream! Sonesta has spoiled me rotten and if anything hands down this hotel is the hotel to stay at on a budget and with a family!!

Nice rooms but the service and the staff at the front desk horrible and rude if you don't wanna get your card changed for an extra $500 a week later after you check out I recommend any place but here ...They hold on to your card info and charge it again without authorization..Went to my bank and they even called to prove they did indeed steal my money..gave them an reference number for the debit transaction and was so rude and mean to the bank teller..lied and said they dont see that charge on their end blamed the bank..but what u can't fake is paperwork ..so I will be calling the better business bureau..and filing a small claims suit because they committed fraud and I have paperwork proof so there no way they getting away with this..please guys don't trust this hotel they changed ownership and when that happened integrity changed too...if you go makr sure they haven't charged your car a werk later than try to deny it... shameful what they did to me they might do the same too someone else $500 is a lot to have stolen from a place you spent your . money with ..

The pictures said one thing but when we got to the room, one big NOPE!!! We went inside looked around and left back out. Granted they’re going through a renovation, but I couldn’t see myself spending a week here. Both bathroom doors were damn near falling off the hinges. The receptionist was very cool when we checkin and out.

Honestly I don’t see how this place would have over 2 stars let alone 4. Stuff in the room was not kept up and the room was not as clean as it could’ve been.

Rooms are decent could definitely use some renovations. Breakfast food is decent at most but same everyday and not much of a selection. Location is not the best not the worse.

Disgusting, everything is stained especially the floors. I found what looked to be mice droppings in the cabinets by the plates but I did not touch to verify. Cigarette buds everywhere and huge potholes in the parking lot. Manager Katie needs a class in hospitality and is dishonest.
