I can’t even begin to express how frustrated I am with this clinic. First of all, the staff is either brand new or just not properly trained. The front desk supervisor is rude and unfriendly, and looks like she is very unhappy to be there and to be talking to you. Every single time I spoke with someone, either in person or over the phone, I was given a different information. The last time I called I was told that the supervisor was on a break and would be back in 30min. I called over an hour later and she was once again on a break and would be back in an hour. I would love a job I have a 3h break like she does! Then when she finally called me, she was arguing with me the entire time, confronting me, asking who had given that information, and being straight up extremely rude… oh and the first time I went there I also witnessed the doctor and some other nurse bully the new nurse that was taking care of me. They were singing “tomorrow, tomorrow”, because she was taking a little too long to get the vaccine I needed ready. AG urgent care, train you staff, make sure your staff have the informations checked, be respectful amongst yourselves and with customers. I am never going back to this clinic.

Amazing staff from MAs to Doctors. Akeem and Allison were very nice and professional. They both made my FIRST experience of care excellent. All are kind, professional and knowledgeable. Entire office is clean and well sanitized. Amazing service options. They offer X-rays on premises, diabetic care, provide medical supplies if necessary & etc.

I’m writing this review because this is the second time I come to this facility and waited extremely long. I came in with a foot injury, in excruciating pain and could hardly walk. I explained this to the staff in the front and when I was in triage. I arrived at 5:12pm and didn’t get seen until after 8pm and I couldn’t even be helped because the x-ray technician left at 7pm. Aren’t the triage personnel supposed to be medically trained or knowledgeable about possible injuries? If you are aware that a patient has a possible injury and the xray tech leaves at a certain time why wouldn’t you service patients that may possible need that? Also, the doctors that were taking turns with patients were very nonchalant about their lack of speed. They slowly walk back and forth from the front to the back right passed people waiting hours. When I was finally seen by the doctor all she had was apologies and offered me ibuprofen . Ridiculous and unprofessional and I will never return. I wasted over 3 hours there for absolutely nothing. I had to leave to go to an actual emergency room where it was found that I have a ruptured Achilles tendon. This urgent care is a joke as well as the entire staff. Front desk / triage staff are under qualified and the doctors are extremely slow. There is no urgency. This place really needs to do better. It’s always places that service lower class communities that are so unprofessional. The quality of care here has gone down IMMENSELY. Avoid this place , there is another urgent care a few blocks down on Linden and they’re much better. I would’ve went there but because my injury was so bad I came here because it was closer. Big mistake.

The team here, including Kim, Megan, and Shareefa, was incredibly understanding and immensely supportive. We informed them that our one-year-old son had a high fever before we left home, and they promptly attended to him. We felt reassured knowing that his breathing was steady and his fever had reduced before we departed. Thank you all once again for everything!

I am so grateful to the entire staff here for their care. This was my first visit and I am totally impressed by how smooth the process was. Kim is an absolute blessing and calmly walked me through the entire process while skillfully stitching up my finger. While I wish I didn't need to visit an urgent care, I'm glad that I chose AG Urgent Care for my emergency. Thank you!

Our doctors and nurses and technicians at this facility have always been top-notch.

We visited most recently when my daughter cut herself and needed stitches. The care and patients and attention we received both when the stitches went in and the stitches came out were incredible. They answered my daughters, concerns and questions, with all the love and dignity I would hope for. We felt truly taken care of.

I recommend this facility if you’re looking for caring practitioners to help you out, even in the most serious situations.

I had a severe allergic reaction to strawberries. Got to rush to Urgent care. I was so happy that i chose AG Urgent Care.
Excellent service and medical staff. Easy to book. Plenty of parking. Easy to register. Great staff! MA staff Monica, Anai and Jima were very caring and super attentive and helpful with the process. Minimal wait time. Dr. Roman gave me the correct diagnosis and medication. I felt better in just a few hours. I highly recommend. Thanks, will be coming back here.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Physician takes time with patients and really listen. They show concern and more importantly they are empathetic. They get you in and seen in a reasonable wait time. Highly recommend.
